We ship from multiple warehouses based on your location to offer the fastest delivery time using standard Ground Shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@redappleuniforms.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Order Cut-Off Times

Orders are processed daily at 1:30 pm EST. If you place an order by this time, your order should ship within the same business day, although some exceptions may exist where your order ships the next business day.

Order Cancellations

If you made a mistake or need to cancel your order, please do so by logging in and canceling your order through the account page. If you are unable to, please reach out to our website chat agent or help@redappleuniforms.com. Please note that once an order has been processed for fulfillment, it may not be canceled.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 15-day exchange-only policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Refunds are not offered. If 15 days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange. Custom embroidered products or laundered items are not exchangeable. All shipping/freight charges must be prepaid by the customer unless it is a result of Red Apple Uniforms error.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unmarked with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange:

Visit Red Apple Uniform, log in to your account and place a new order for the correct item. After the new order is placed, visit our Returns center here or also located at the bottom of the website page. Follow the instructions.

NOTE: If you re-use the original package, please cover all the original labels to ensure a speedy return.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Once the exchange is received, inspected, and returned to inventory your credit card will be refunded less the shipping cost to send it back to us.

You will pay the return freight costs involved in the exchange which will be deducted from your total. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

All custom embroidered items cannot be exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or if a gift card was used at checkout.
