You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

SHIPPING:
Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days. All order ship from our South Florida Fulfillment Center. Once shipped, your order will be delivered in 3-5 business days depending on your location. Please check the tracking number provided when your order ships for the latest information on your order.
RETURNS:
We want you to love it, but if you do not, we are here to help! Red Apple Uniforms (RAU) has a 15-day return policy which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return.
IMPORTANT:
• Item(s) must be unworn, unused, unmarked with tag attached and in original packaging.
• Receipt or proof of purchase required for all returns.
• Customer-altered or laundered items are not returnable.
• Refund will be issued to original payment method less $8.95 for return shipping and handling. If it is a result of Red Apple Uniforms error, no fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Returns MUST be sent back using RETURN SHIPPING LABEL provided during return processing. If the label is not used, the return is invalid and will not be refunded.
• Shipping paid on original order and Monk Protect insurance coverage are not refundable.
• Items purchased on sale or with a gift card are not eligible for return.

• If re-using original package, please cover all original labels to ensure a speedy return.
• If your return request is accepted, the Returns Center will email you a RETURN SHIPPING LABEL and instructions on how to send your package. YOU MUST USE THIS LABEL or your return will not be refunded.
• Once the return package is received, inspected, scanned, and returned by the US Postal Service, your original payment method will be refunded less $8.95 return shipping and handling fee.
• Refunds can take up to 7 days for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.
• We do not offer exchanges by mail. If you require a different item, please log in to your Red Apple Uniforms account on this website and place a new order for the correct item.
DAMAGES AND DISCREPANCIES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any issues such as damage or incorrect items must be reported within one week from delivery date.
EXCHANGES
Red Apple Uniforms no longer offers online exchanges, only returns and refunds. If you need a replacement item, please place a new order online using your existing login.
