In stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. Products will ship via United States Postal Service. Delivery times vary according to your location. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail. Simply click the link in the e-mail to track the status of your order or login to your account and go to my Orders. You can see your tracking information there and click to the get the most updated information.
1) Select your student's school. Check the sizing chart first and measure your student before ordering.
2) Select the appropriate size Shirt and Pants and add to cart. Click view cart to confirm the accuracy.
3) Click Register to Sign up for an Account. It will ask you to provide your shipping and billing address as well ask the Grade of your Student(s).
4) After you have created an account by entering your email and selecting your password, you will be directed to the payment section. Please enter your payment details and click to the final step to review your order.
5) Ensure you order accuracy and then click 'Check Out'.
Red Apple has a 15 day exchange policy. If within this timeline.
1. Visit Red Apple Uniform, log in to your account and place a new order for the correct item.
2. After the new order is placed, visit our Returns center located at the bottom of the website page. Follow the instructions.
NOTE: If you re-use the original package, please cover all the original labels to ensure a speedy return.
3. If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
4. Once the exchange is received, inspected, and returned to inventory your credit card will be refunded less the shipping cost to send it back to us.
5. You will pay the return freight costs involved in the exchange which will be deducted from your total. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Yes, each school receives a contribution from each uniform purchase which are used to support school activities.
The sizing chart for your shirt or pants is located on the product page where you select your size. It should be a pop-out on the right hand side that says 'Sizing Chart'. Click the button and the sizing chart will appear.
